During my art residence in Colombia, I was commisioned to create a poster related with gender violence in Cali. The artwork was done in collaboration with La Linterna, an old linography printer workshop. They teached me about the basics on linoleum cutting and printing.

After some weeks of research, I got interviews with Casa Matria, met Las Tamboras Insurrectas, assisted to university conferences, participated in a workshop in Casa Chontaduro, and joined a feminist group for the workers march, I had a very strong feeling of community. I realized how the stronger the environment holds a woman, the more difficult for her to fall into abusive patners.
