De-escalation sensations
During the pandemic we were lockdown for some weeks in Spain. This is a personal view about the feelings and the vibes about getting outside for the first time in more than one month. For a city like Barcelona which is always full of tourists and comercial stuff, that was a different way to walk and approach the city.
Gentrification
Our city was their business
We watched this, powerless
We learnt what time days started
The days of a system on standby
We stopped going out just to consume
And it felt really good
All of a sudden, we could just walk it

On 2020s spring, Desert Island comics launched the challenge 'Rescue Party', a 9 bullets comic with an utopian and positive view of the pandemic we were living. This was one of my collaborations that was finally included on the published book : Rescue Party, a Graphic Anthology of COVID lockdown published by Desert Island Comics.
